Bennit & Polly his wife -- lot no. 3 in the subdivision of great lot numbers 109, 100, 113, Southport, Tioga County, NY, comprising 78 acres, two roads, twenty [porches?  perches?].  George Kinsman's first acquisition of land in the area.  (Mon June 4)

Kinsman, Sarah Kinsman, Julia Whitney, Salome Wilcox, Sheldon Kinsman, Mary Kinsman, and William Hungerford, Defendants.  Court referee Archie E. Baxter rules that the 78 acres in question be delivered to Plaintiff for the sum of $2,630.  (cont. below)
